Classes won’t begin for another 10 months at the UNT System College of Pharmacy, but that’s not stopping faculty and staff from celebrating American Pharmacy Educator Week.

Tina Machu, PhD, has been named associate dean of academic affairs for the UNT System College of Pharmacy (SCP), scheduled to open in 2013. “Dr. Machu not only is an exceptional scientist, but she also is a greatly respected mentor and advocate for students,” said Myron Jacobson, PhD, SCP dean.
The UNT System Board of Regents have approved a UNT System College of Pharmacy, as authorized in the 82nd Texas legislative session.
